Platinum Marketing Plan

3.5% | Plus Selling Broker Coop Fee

Minimum: $3,000

The Platinum Marketing Plan is the highest level of marketing available in Lake County. It includes all the features of the Standard and Upgrgaded Plans, plus the creation of a floor plan, ads ran in regional high end publications (Homes & Land, Wine Country Reader), point of listing home warranty coverage for the seller, upgraded sign post, and a large credit towards a video with aerial shots.

This plan is a must for harder to sell high end properties, sellers who want to try to get the highest possible price, and special properties that deserve the best.

When combined with offering 3.5% co-op agent fee through the MLS, a property will not only get the highest level of marketing available in Lake County, but will incentivize every agent in the region to want to sell your property.
